چکیده

A pseudo-random function is a fundamental cryptographic primitive that is essential for encryp-tion, identiication and authentication. We present a new cryptographic primitive called pseudo-random synthesizer and show how to use it in order to get a parallel construction of a pseudo-random function. We show several NC 1 implementations of synthesizers based on concrete intractability assumptions as factoring and the Diie-Hellman assumption. This yields the rst parallel pseudo-random functions (based on standard intractability assumptions) and the only alternative to the original construction of Goldreich, Goldwasser and Micali. In addition, we show parallel constructions of synthesizers based on other primitives such as weak pseudo-random functions or trapdoor one-way permutations. The security of all our constructions is similar to the security of the underlying assumptions. The connection with problems in Computational Learning Theory is discussed.

Using the statistical characteristics is one of the methods to justify the random nature of the ocean waves. Probability function are used to facilitate the studies of the random waves parameters, such as the surface and height and period of the waves. Since, the force of the ocean waves are the prevalent principal forces on the offshore structures, the assignment of the significant structural ...

New Improvement in Interpretation of Gravity Gradient Tensor Data Using Eigenvalues and Invariants: An Application to Blatchford Lake, Northern Canada

Recently, interpretation of causative sources using components of the gravity gradient tensor (GGT) has had a rapid progress. Assuming N as the structural index, components of the gravity vector and gravity gradient tensor have a homogeneity degree of -N and - (N+1), respectively. In this paper, it is shown that the eigenvalues, the first and the second rotational invariants of the GGT (I1 and ...
